Royal Ruckus is a group of two guys from California who are definately innovative.  They are Cleva MC, aka Chunjay, and Flatline.  They have put out four albums as a group, Microphone, Love Us Or Leave Us, Thin Facade, and Not What You Expect.  Cleva MC has dropped What You Gunna Do? and also The Ocean Blue, although the latter was under the name Chunjay.  Flatline has released Greatest Hits for 2000!  Definately innovative music, they’ve gone thru a lot of changes since their conception back in

Here’s a timeline showing the transformation into what they are today:

Fall 1996 - cleva started a production company called Royal Ruckus Productions

January 1997- j-dog and cleva start making music for fun

1998 - j-dog, cleva, and flatline start Royal Ruckus

May 98 - first cd Microphone released

August 98 - j-dog left Royal Ruckus...flatline and cleva continue

november98 - yoda joins Royal Ruckus to have the group as flatline, cleva, yoda

april99- released "love us or leave us" and added a dj, DJ Dust

summer99- flatline and cleva begin working on solo projects

fall99- added GregWords to the group...reformatted group to be:

band members: cleva and flatilne

royal ruckus crew: GregWords, Yoda, DJ Dust

february2000 - the crew folds, and now Royal Ruckus is just cleva and flatline, although everyone of the old members are still down with Royal Ruckus
