Camera breaks away to the crowd seated in the Houston Astrodome. Many are holding signs up for their favorite wrestlers. One sign shows Godzilla and the Taco Bell Dog in wrestling gear. Next to the figures one see "Taco Bell Supports the MIA. Sign next to is says Sandman is the Toughman Champ. Cutting away to the outside of the arena we still see a long line of People, many of them college students waiting to get in. Many of them are wearing trademark merchandise of their favorite stable or member. One large fellow has on a Pagan 91 tee-shirt while another wears a Revolution T-shirt with matching hat. A third man is drinking a Gods Tear beer and carrying a six pack of Bacon beer. Camera pans to the side entrance where a black limo with the license plate "Shhh" pulls up. [Shot of Simon Phoenix and Night Shade Lane as they enter the announcer's Booth. Phoenix is wearing an open white shirt, jeans, Nike's and a new COP Ball cap with the words Love & Hate stitched on the back; while Shade is wearing his new Revolution Tee-shirt given to him by Rock 'n Roll Animal, blue jeans, ray bans, and boots. Checking out their controls, they sit down just as the lights begin to dim.] Announcer: Tonight live from the Houston Astrodome in Houston, Texas welcome to Around the World! SP: Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to another great night of some of the finest wrestling in the world at Around the World. We are live from the Houston Astrodome in Texas. With me tonight is my co-host Night Shade Lane and what a great line up we have for you tonight. NS: But first we have some business to take care of. [Simon Phoenix heads for the ring with an envelop in hand. As he reaches the center of the ring a mic is lowered to him. [The KBK look at each other and high five] El Cholo: ALRIGHT! More goditas. SP: Uh it is not for you guys. Chico: Hey what's up foo'? SP: Parker is being generous tonight and because Juke Box Hero was able to pull the right show that contained the information he will receive $500. Chico: No body said nothin' about that, we knew it. SP: Yes but you didn't do it did you. El Cholo: Yo' puta I put my foot up your... Chico: Shut up Cholo he feels a need to spread the wealth. We'll get them later. SP: And our $500 winner is Juke Box Hero! [Juke Box is dressed in s red sequin jumpsuit as he makes his way to the ring. Climbing into the right he quickly takes the check and looks over his shades at the KBK and smiles] EL Cholo: Yo' I'll wipe that stupid grin off your face. [Jukebox laughs and leaves the ring, check in hand] NS: OK Phoenix enough, get back up here and lets get going. SP: The first match is set between two new guys in our little fed. Frankie Swinger and Axel Cruise. NS: Frankie seems to have been pissing off a lot of people as of late and I don't see him staying in one piece for long. SP: That's the name of the game Shade. You piss off enough people and you will always have a match to look forward to. NS: And a bunch of people waiting to jump you in the end. SP: Well if you are going to play the game, you must pay the consequences. NS: This is a capacity crowd he tonight at the Astrodome in Houston. [The camera begins to pan the audience.] SP: Do you see who I see on the front row tonight. [Night Shade glances and sees two familiar figures] NS: That is Abdullah and Mickey, Equalizer's men. SP: That's right the Dead have a match tonight and I bet Equalizer is has something up his sleeve. NS: Damn; oops sorry, I just noticed that The Dead match isn't till the end. SP: So let's get this thing started so we can find out what they are here for. [Lights in the arena begin to dim and laser lights of blue and white shoot throughout the stadium. "Heavy Metal" by Sammy Hagar A picture of Sammy Hagar appears and the crowd goes crazy. The picture fades into a shot of Python and Axel Cruise] NS: The crowd is loving this. SP: OK this match is scheduled for one fall. RA: Ladies and gentlemen introducing first, with his manager Python, weighing in at 235 lbs. all the way from Los Angeles, California... Axel Cruise. [Fireworks exploded throughout the arena as Axel appears on the platform wearing black wrestling tights with red and yellow flames running down the sides. Black wrestling boots and black leather fingerless gloves. His manager Python stands next to him with a Black biker boots, jeans, and leather gloves wearing a white muscle t-shirt and shades accent his short cropped blonde hair and goatee. The two make their way to the ring slapping hands with the crowd. As Axel climbs into the ring the music fades and "Go Daddy-O," by Big Bad Voodoo Daddy begins to blare over the speaker system.] NS: I thought I only had to listen to that last week. I am not sure I can take much more of this. RA: Ladies and gentlemen his opponent with manager "Mack the Knife" weighing in at 256 lbs. all the way from Las Vegas... Frankie "The Original" Swinger! [Three showgirls appear and the woof whistles begin to be heard. The girls do a small dance routine and then line up down the aisle. Then Frankie and his manager appear on the platform as fire shoots up from the ring post. Frankie and Mack the Knife are wearing pin stripe zoot suits and a fedora. The video wall is a blazed with clips of the Rat Pack] SP: These two came into the league about the same time so tonight will determine their place in the scheme of things. NS: Last week they both won their matches although Frankie must be doing something right because he seems to be getting his head bashed in at every show. First the O.G., the Hot Shot, wonder who it will be tonight. SP: I guess we need to get this match started in order to find out the ending. [There goes the bell] They lock up. Axel Cruise hits Frankie Swinger. Quite a few boos are audible. Frankie Swinger hits Axel Cruise. The crowd is starting to get behind Frankie Swinger. Axel Cruise chops Frankie Swinger. A wave of boos is going through the crowd. NS: I don't believe that the crowd is rooting for the best wrestler, I think it is Frankie's good looks and charm they are going after. SP: Frankie is quite the ladies man, no doubt about it, and heaven forbid he was to get his face messed up. NS: Sounds to be like he needs a good old fashion barbed wire match. Frankie Swinger kicks Axel Cruise. Frankie Swinger chops Axel Cruise. The crowd is starting to get behind Frankie Swinger. Frankie Swinger goes for a reverse neckbreaker, but Axel Cruise blocks it. Cruise is battling the pain but I am afraid it may be too much for him. NS: Kevin Smith is asking Axel how he is doing and Cruise is telling him he is OK. Kevin Smith asks Axel Cruise if he's still there. Axel Cruise nods. Kevin Smith checks Axel Cruise's arm. He lifts it... it falls. SP: Frankie may have this match won. Smith is checking it out now and Cruiser can't seem to keep his arm up. NS: Well he is trying to concentrate on other things right at the moment. Smith is breaking his concentration. He lifts it... it falls. SP: Be that as it may Shade, if it doesn't stay up this time the match is over with. He lifts it... it stays up ! Axel Cruise fights his way out of the hold after 32 seconds. NS: Holy mackerel did you see the pure determination in Cruise's face and after 32 seconds he was able to get out. Absolutely incredible. Axel Cruise nails Frankie Swinger with a dropkick to the knee. Axel Cruise attempts to place Frankie Swinger on the turnbuckle, but Frankie Swinger blocks it. Axel has done nothing more then fought a good clean match and yet the crowd hates him. NS: Well Phoenix that is because he has fought a good clean match and this audience is out for blood. SP: Oh my God Swinger has Cruise in a bow-and-arrow submission and is really applying the pressure. NS: Axel is fighting valiantly trying to escape from this hold, but Swinger has him locked in. SP: You can see the pain written all over Cruise's face I don't know how much longer he can hold on. Axel Cruise tries to escape the hold. Axel Cruise tries to fight the pain. Axel Cruise submits after 28 seconds. Frankie Swinger is getting a good reaction from the crowd. NS: After 28 seconds Axel Cruise submits and Swinger is the winner. SP: I'll tell you Shade I don't know how he held out that long. NS: And it has been one submission hold after another throughout this whole night. I think he submitted due to shear exhaustion. SP: Could be Shade and let's get the official word from Smith. [Go Daddy-O beings to blare over the speaker system as Kevin Smith raises Frankie Swinger's right arm and the crowd goes wild] KS: The winner is Frankie Swinger in a time 7 minutes and 47 seconds. SP: Again a grueling match from these two. I really think that they have a great future here in the SWF if they keep this pace up. Now let's get on... what is happening in the ring? NS: This could be the big answer to our question that we asked in the beginning of the show. (A man with a black ski mask runs out with a chair towards Frankie Swinger. Frankie is busy showing off to the crowd to notice the stranger.] SP: I have seen that masked man before but where? NS: I don't know but he is carrying a mean looking chair. [The masked man nails Frankie in the back of the head.] SP: Frankie is down and the mask man is still beating him into unconsciousness. Masked man (in his best Swinger accent): Frankie... This is the only way I could shut you up and slow you down to tell you one god damn thing! NS: Who is this guy, I don't recognize the accent. Masked man: No w I am going to say this just once so listen up. You can't just run your mouth off to me, and expect to get away with it. (The man takes off his mask and reveals himself. It is the one and only...) NS: Ladies and gentlemen we have to cut to a commercial break. SP: The hell we do! Who is that? (As the camera pans closer we see the man is the Artful Dodger) AD: NOW you know who I am. Take a good close look and don't forget my face. Stay out of my way or I'll 'ave your 'ead on a platter. NS: Yeah, right. He really knows who you are. He's out COLD! SP: I don't think getting knocked out all the time is good for you. AD: Well, Frankie Swinger... the Original. You got the $#!+ beaten out of you for using that name. But now, I would like to personally kick your ass because, although you're not going for my title, you just piss me off. So I would like to welcome you to the SWF! (The Artful Dodger lifts Frankie's head up, and with that his body is lifted, he is standing, still stunned. The Artful Dodger executes the Robbing You Blind) NS: And there it is folks! The Robbing You Blind... out of nowhere! Wow! This is great. (Dodger then assaults Frankie again with a barrage of hits with a steel chair. The crowd is cheering as the Artful Dodger jumps the top rope with the chair in his hand, and runs backstage) SP: Dodger has just beat Frankie down and has warned him to keep his mouth shut and to stay out of his way. NS: That's right Phoenix, Dodger is after only one thing and it doesn't include Frankie Swinger. BTW where Was Mack the Knife through all of this. [Camera pans and the audience sees Abdullah and Mickey standing near the ring with and unconscious Mack the Knife at their feet] NS: Well that is loyalty for you, Frankie is getting the heck knocked out Of him and his bodyguard is sleeping on the job. SP: Well Frankie is looking real bad and look at this it may get worse. [Abdullah and Mickey jump into the ring and stand next to Frankie. Frankie looks at each of them and leaves the ring with them following him.] NS: It doesn't look like Frankie is finished for the night. [The camera follows Frankie and as he enters his locker room, it is dark, He reaches for the lights and is yanked inside.] SP: Wait a minute wher the hell did he go? [A loud crash is heard, followed by loud yelling, and another crash.] NS: I don't know what is going on but that was definitely Swinger's scream. [Mickey and Abdullah are guarding the door as SWF security appears. While security is trying to talk with them there are several more screams of pain and what sounds like lockers being turned over. Security threatens to jail the two bodyguard unless they step aside. A few minutes later the noise stops and the door opens. Equalizer slowly walks out of the room, his hands covered in blood. Security rushes into the room as E looks at the camera, with a sadistic grin on his face] SP: Can we get a camera in the locker room to find out what happened. NS: Give it a rest Phoenix, Equalizer is about to tell us. Equalizer: "Frankie wants to play games, does he? Well....The Equalizer just stacked the deck! Daddy needs a new pair shoes." {The three men laugh to each other, and head off down the hall to their own locker room.} SP: Not much of a statement, but he made his point quite clear. NS: Now get some paramedics down there to check out Frankie. SP: Hell Dodger then Equalizer. That boy is in deep kemshi. NS: I'll say and look there he goes. [The paramedics roll a bloody Frankie Swinger out of the locker room on a gurney to a near by ambulance] SP: All I can say is I hope The Thugz are not driving that ambulance also. NS: Well now that we know he is safe let's look at our other new comer, in our league. Once again get a glimpse of Russia's answer to Mr. Shhh Ivan Paine. SP: This should be a heck of a match Shade, you have Russia against Germany. NS: But Phoenix you have to remember that right now Russia is in turmoil. And is crumbling like a vanilla wafer. SP: Yes but that doesn't mean Paine is going to crumble like the country he is from. NS: Well then let's see if Panzer Sturm can bring down the mighty Russian in our next match. ["X is Coming" by DMX begins to blare over the speaker system] RA: This contest is scheduled for one fall. [The video scene lights up with fireworks exploding and a shot of the hammer and sickle. A picture of Ivan Paine appears front of the Russian flag. Ivan Steps up on to the ramp and gets a mixed reaction from the crowd.] NS: I would be made to believe that there are some people who do not Believe that Russia is a friendly country. RA: Introducing first from Russia, with his manage The King Pin, weighing In at 290 lbs. The Executioner...Ivan Paine [Paine makes his way to the ring and there are more boos then cheers from the crowd. As he gets inside the ring the music fades and "Drugs Against War" by KMFDM starts up] SP: I bet that he gets a lot of this type of reaction from people When he walks down the street. NS: Looking at the size of this guy I hardly think that is the case. [Lights have dimmed and laser lights begin shooting across the arena. A single spot light shines on the entrance way and two people emerge from behind the curtain.] RA: And his opponent from Bremen Germany weighing in at 308 lbs. PANZER STURM with his manager Fraulein Domina. NS: Bet you can't say Fraulein Domina ten times fast. [Panzer is being lead to the ring by his manager Fraulein Domina to the mixed reaction of cheers and boos from the crowd] NS: Panzer Sturm is a big guy and about 50 lbs heavier then Paine. NS: No I think The Thugz are going to have their hands full with the KBK personally. SP: Well I guess we will know in about 10 days. Mortis runs into the ropes. Mortis uses a rana on Joker. NS: Mortis and Rage are battling hard and Joker feels the need to come over and play too. SP: Mandosa looks at his watch and then starts the count. NS: You think he has a hot date or something? SP: The fans are getting aggressive here at ringside and extra security has been called in. Mortis goes for a figure-four leglock, but Joker counters it with a small package. Andy Mandosa counts: One, two, three. SP: And ladies and gentlemen it is all over just that quickly. NS: Mortis is up in Mandosa's face yelling about a fast count. SP: Mandosa is ordering Mortis out of the ring. AM: And the winners are Splash in a time of 11 minutes and 21 seconds. NS: It's been a great night for wrestling here in Houston at the Astrodome.
