Henry Wyllis Sudlow (February 28 1811, New Milford, Conn. - November 12, 1891, New York City, NY) "The Rev. Henry Wyllis Sudlow, for fifteen years as assistant priest in the Catholic Apostolic Church, Fifty-seventh Street, near Ninth Avenue, died at his home, 414 West Fifty eighth Street, Wednesday, of pneumonia. Mr. Sudlow was born in New Milford, Conn., Feb. 28, 1811. He was originally an Episcopalian until 1848, when he joined the Catholic Apostolic Church. In 1837 Mr. Sudlow married Miss Amelia Sturges of Wilton, Conn.;who died five years ago. Three children survived him. Until twenty years ago he was in the book business. The funeral services will be held this morning at 11 o'clock in the Catholic Apostolic Church. The internment will be at Wilton, Conn.
