Up until recently, our major problem was seizures. Then came the long process of realizing that a relatively new seizure med was leaching one client's sodium causing weakness and imbalance. Now, we are completely in turmoil over massive blood clots in one of our newer clients. The biggest challenge comes from the fact that the clients that are having the major difficulties are those that don't speak so we have to figure out things by trial and error.
