This anthology series first aired on June 10, 1989. The host of the show is THE CRYPTKEEPER. A couple of theatrical movies were released in 1990 and in 1996. The show is much the same as THE TWILIGHT ZONE, but a bit gorier. A few of the people who have directed episodes: MICHAEL J. FOX, TOM HANKS, WILLIAM FRIEDKIN, TOBE HOOPER, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER. JAY FERGUSON (SPIRIT) does the background music on some of the episodes. It's not a great show, but I just happen to like scary TV shows. |
