Yahoo_HANSON: Z: That's a really hard question. You can't really beat 007 on Nintendo 64 and
nintendo has some really good games
Yahoo_HANSON: But Playstation , they have Tekken, so it's really hard to say.

Yahoo_HANSON: T: All it is is a necklace I got from a friend and I decided not to put it on my
neck, but on my arm instead

inspire you when you write?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Writing songs is one of those things that can be inspired from any event, or
anything going through your mind

everywhere or just the 1 place?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: If you get the video you'll see that it is shot in every different venue, so you
see all the different shows.. The music
Yahoo_HANSON: on the album was all recorded in Seattle, but the video was shot throughout the
tour, so you get to see all the shows

there was anything about your tour you would change?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: I think there's always something, like we messed up on a song in one show
where something went wrong
Yahoo_HANSON: but it's always great to go out and experience something new and just groove
as musicians and do something
Yahoo_HANSON: we all really enjoy. So there's not much we would change. It was really fun for
us.

made you decide to sing Gimmie Some Lovin?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Gimme Some Lovin has become sorta like the title song off the album, b/c it
opened the shows on the tour. We really enjoyed playing.

Yahoo_HANSON: Z: We have, on the tour, written songs, but we haven't really started recording.
T: We have a lot of songs we're
Yahoo_HANSON: demoing and putting together, so we're very excited about that

not to kill yourselves?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: We get along for some weird reason very well. I don't know why that is..
Perhaps b/c we spent a lot of time together
Yahoo_HANSON: already, since we were home schooled... we used to practice karate on each
other.. but we definitely have brotherly love

Yahoo_HANSON: I: This will be the first year that we'll be at home for my birthday in the last 3
yrs. I'll probably spend it with my

he'll get a car or something...

Isaac...why doy uo two go by your middle names rather than your first names?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: Why do you go by your first name and not your middle name?

was wondering what inspired you guys so much to write it? The song is beautiful and
romantic.
Yahoo_HANSON: I: I think it's fairly appropriate that it was written for a particular girl at the time.

Yahoo_HANSON: T: Fame is sort of this thing that people blow into this big proportionate thing.. it
really hasn't changed us as people
Yahoo_HANSON: we;re still just normal guys and any of our friends would tell you that.. the only
thing is that we're

Yahoo_HANSON: T: When we're home we definitely hang out and do whatever you do withyour

Yahoo_HANSON: T: I guess the question would be what's it like not to be part of such a big
family. Being part of the Hanson family
Yahoo_HANSON: is quite an experience for anyone who joins in on the road, or whatever, it's
always fun to have people around and somebody
Yahoo_HANSON: to goof around with.. There's never a small party, we alwyas have very large
parties

Yahoo_HANSON: T: I don't think there's really one thing that makes me the happiest. Definitely
playing music is one of those things
Yahoo_HANSON: Definitely being able to see places and travel aroudn
Yahoo_HANSON: I: I agree with Taylor on the music thing, music whether you're playing an
upbeat song or a mellow song, it always seems
Yahoo_HANSON: to uplift your spirits in anyway.. and another thing would be holding hands and
going out on a date with a cute girl.

wondering if it was fun playing in the rain?(LOL)
Yahoo_HANSON: T: I know it was very cold and that was one of the craziest shows, but to be
honest, I think it was the most fun
Yahoo_HANSON: place to play on the tour
Yahoo_HANSON: I: It was very cool b/c we had impeccable timing.. God was waiting for us to
finish the show and then came the rain!
Yahoo_HANSON: T: We thank the fans for hangin in there... We saw a lot of familar faces at all
the NY shows, they really stuck it out

Yahoo_HANSON: T: For all of you that don't know, Albertane is a place and if you listen to the

it true that youre re-releasing Snowed In for the holiday season?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Snowed In is out right now, you can check it out if you didn't get it last year.
It's in stores right now.
ChatYahoo_Lisa: I'm curious, did you write any original songs for "Snowed in" and what are they
called?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: We wrote 3 original songs for the record, At Christmas, Christmastime and
Everybody Knows the Claus

Marljay asks: What impact has such intense adoration from so many youn women had on
your self esteem?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: We appreciate their enthusiasm for the band. I hope that it hasn't changed us
any...
ChatYahoo_Lisa: I've met them....they are really great in person :-)

Yahoo_HANSON: Z: Basically, it was pretty easy, most of the songs were in there, but the live
video we chose the best video cuts
Yahoo_HANSON: that the best videos, and put them on there and then took the live cuts of songs
we liked... T: We had to choose, but
Yahoo_HANSON: there are songs that are on both of those products

Yahoo_HANSON: T: I'm definitely excited, but definitely worried for bystanders or anyone on the
road. I'm worried b/c anytime
Yahoo_HANSON: I go to drive a go-cart or motorcycle, I'm very reckless...

tsukino_yume asks: How did you decide which covers to put on the live album, and will any
of those covers be on your next studio-recorded album?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: None of the covers will be on the next album, that will be all new original
songs. We wanted to put those on the record
Yahoo_HANSON: b/c the were songs that we did in the live show.. I: And also Gimme Some
Lovin' opened the show and opens the video

IBDaisy asks: Have you seen any good movies lately?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: Antz was good.. Z: It was good for a movie about Antz T: Two ants kissing
doesn't have as much as live action...
Yahoo_HANSON: I: I thought it was cool b/c of the different celebrity voices in the movie like
Gene Hackman, Sylvester Stallone,
Yahoo_HANSON: Sharon Stone and Woody Allen

be on the soundtrack to the
Yahoo_HANSON: Michael Keaton film Jack Frost. The song Good Lovin' will only be available
on that soundtrack. Not to be confused
Yahoo_HANSON: with Gimme Some Lovin'.... I: The Rascals did the original

Yahoo_HANSON: I: Im a huge Aerosmith fan, so I was able to get a Joe Perry signature guitar..
It's a black sunburst with black curly

Yahoo_HANSON: T: We're big into going to see live shows... it depends.. I: Whoever's in town...

first heard that MMMBop was Number 1 and what was your reaction?

Yahoo_HANSON: I: We have Aerosmith's Box of Fire.. it';s a huge compliation of 12 of their
releases, so that covers a lot of bases
Yahoo_HANSON: Also Pump, Get a Grip and Nine Lives.. the newer albums

BaaadGrrrl asks: Hey guys. I'm Samantha, 13/f. I'm a musician myself, and I was
wondering if you could give me any advise on how to write some good songs???
Yahoo_HANSON: T: First of all I think being into music has to be the start.. Just doing it, that';s
the biggest tip.. Just do it.
Yahoo_HANSON: Songs can come from anything, so don't be pigeonholed about anything, just
write what you feel.

kbingle asks: Did anything on the road to inspire you to write any new songs?
Yahoo_HANSON: Z: On the road, sometimes things inspire you, but I dont think it's just being on
the road, or being in a room that
Yahoo_HANSON: is completely black or white, but I guess being on the road you see alot of
different things so I guess that would help

tsukino_yume asks: How many people, would you say, on average, pass out at your
concerts?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Well we try to keep as many awake as possible.

ITZmEg asks: Hey Zac, if ya'll dont mind clearing up a rumor for everyone. What do you
*really* say at the end of Look At You?
Yahoo_HANSON: Z: I say nothing.. :) I don't really say anything, I'm just mumbling.. Most of the
lines you can understand, we can understand
Yahoo_HANSON: T: He's yelling "Turn me loose" I: Like a one eyed goose T: He just started
yelling things

Yahoo_HANSON: T: It's always cool to get to meet fans you wouldn't quite expect to have, that's
what makes it cool to meet
Yahoo_HANSON: people like that.. I: He's a very nice guy and it was real cool to hang out with
him before the show.

Yahoo_HANSON: I: Yes we do. T: Probably the most frequent sign is "Here's the Love" from
watching all the signs from the tour

Yahoo_HANSON: T: We didn't want to bore anybody, it's mostly music and video.. We thought
the time was just enough to capture what it was like on tour

something else.. After you record

Yahoo_HANSON: T: As we've said many times, there's no real formula. Z: It just comes to you..
T: There's always music and words
Yahoo_HANSON: I: They pretty much come simultaneous for us... I know there are musicians
who work differently, but we work best writing both of them at the same time.

Yahoo_HANSON: T: Mmmbop is supposed to be a frame of time.. It says in the song "In a
mmmbop they're gone, in a mmmbop they're not there"
Yahoo_HANSON: Itsupposed to relate to how time flies by

lag much?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Thanks for staying up this late. We're glad you decided to join us.. Yeah, we
always get jetlag coming over to the UK

Yahoo_HANSON: I dont think your musical talents ever change, you just try to develop and
grow.. there are a ton of other people out there who are
Yahoo_HANSON: more talented than we are musically.

planning on doing any more charity work? If so, for what causes? What other charities do
you care about?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: Our charity support has been in other ways besides concerts

up, and there in front of you are thousands of people, screaming for you?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: It's quite a rush. Blah Blah Blah.. duh.. It's really really awesome. That's why
we decided to go play and do a tour

cook?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: We definitely cook for ourselves.. I: I make a mean grilled cheese.. Z: WE
just throw things together

Yahoo_HANSON: T: We went to Disneyland and Disneyworld earlier on... It's definitely the
experience...

Yahoo_HANSON: I: It's both a romantic song and a song encouraging someone who has lost
someone significant in their life.. It's both of those
Yahoo_HANSON: T: We played it for a long time locally in Tulsa, that's one we kept in the closet
for a while.

Did you guys and if you did what did you name it?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Our bus didnt have a particular name, but one bus was called the White
House, because it was a big white bus

Yahoo_HANSON: I: To keep doing music as long as we can... T: You want to keep trying things,
doing music for a movie and things like that

produced the video and co-produced the
Yahoo_HANSON: live album.

its to your grandmother?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: Its definitely a very sentimental song, but I thin kwe enjoy singing it b/c we're
singing about her. It's a fun
Yahoo_HANSON: thing, it's a happy thing to play.. I: Although it's a sad song...

ITZWillow asks: Hey guys!!! My name's Christina, and I was wondering...how is Isaac's
book coming along?
Yahoo_HANSON: I: There's this rumor that keeps floating around that I'm writing a book.. I said
in some interview two yrs ago
Yahoo_HANSON: and that has spurred this rumor that I'm writing a novel or something... but I'm
not writing a book.

Sarah_Jessyca asks: What do you do with the leftover concert footage that you don't use
for the videos?
Yahoo_HANSON: T: It's sitting in a deep dark closet somewhere. You never know, we might
release some of that stuff
Yahoo_HANSON: to our fan club MOE as a special bonus one of these days...

Kora747 asks: Do you guys pick out your own clothes for appearances? Your wardrobe is
amazing!
Yahoo_HANSON: T: We always pick all of our own clothes, yeah.
Yahoo_HANSON: T: But there's a stylist that goes with us to our appearances, but no one's
forcing us to wear anything

were so many songs not put on the cd
Yahoo_HANSON: T: A lot of those songs were covers and stuff like that, unfortunately there's
only so much that can fit.
Yahoo_HANSON: We're going to keep playing them, and who knows you might be able to hear
them later on

how fast I could play it.

Yahoo_HANSON: I: Red Rocks outside of Denver, CO... Jones Beach in NY... Shoreline
Ampitheater in San Francisco...
Yahoo_HANSON: and because we saw many concerts there before we we did one, the Mabee
Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma

cool places.
