October 22, 1986-Zachary Walker Hanson joins the crew!

1987-Hanson travels to the Caribbean and South America because of Dad's position as an oil company exec.

1988-Sister Jessica is born.

1991-Now comes Avery.

May 1992-The boys, then known as Hanson Brothers, perform "Splish Splash," "Johnny B. Goode," and "Summertime Blues" a cappella at Mayfest Festival in Tulsa.

1993-The band changes their name to Hanson!

1994-He-e-ere's Mac!

Mid 1995-Hanson release their independent album Boomerang.

December 31, 1995-The boys perform at a special New Year's Eve show in Oklahoma City.

May, 1996-Independent MMMBop album is released.

February, 1997-Hanson do an in-store appearance at Tower Records in Times Square, New York. Hanson tape MMMBop video in L.A.

Early March, 1997-Mercury Records rents out the Little Tulsa Theater for a week, so the brothers can practice on an actual stage.

March 24, 1997-The "MMMBop" single is released.

April 18, 1997-HansonHITZ Web Site is created.

May 5, 1997-Hanson appear on Rosie O'Donnell.

May 6, 1997-According to the govoner of Oklahoma, May 6 is now "Hanson Day!" Middle of Nowhere is released (reaching No. 9 in it's first week!) and the boys appear on Late Night with David Letterman.

May 10, 1997-Hanson sign CD's, answer questions and perform at Sam Goody music store at Universal City Walk in California.

May 12, 1997-Hanson are interviewed on CBS This Morning. They are interviewed by Katie Couric on NBC's Today Show and perform "Where's the Love" and "MMMBop."

May 16, 1997-Hanson appear on MTV's Jenny McCarthy Show.

May 26, 1997-Middle of Nowhere is released in Europe. The appear on Live with Regis & Kathie Lee.

June 8, 1997-Hanson helps raise $1.8 million at the Pediatric AIDS Foundation's 8th annual "A Time For Heroes" family carnival and picnic in LA.

June 25, 1997-Hanson chat live with AOLers on Rolling Stone Online at 8:00 EST.

June 30, 1997-Hanson Appear on Canada's Much Music.

July 11, 1997-Hanson release "Where's the Love" single in the US and appear on Jay Leno.

July 15, 1997-The boys leave the US for a worldwide promotioinal tour in Seoul, Tokyo, Jakarta, Sydney, Melbourne and other kin cities!

August 23, 1997-Hanson perform at Arthur Ashe Kids' Day to celebrate opening of new Arthur Ashe Tennis Center in Flushing Meadow Corona Park, Queens.

September 6, 19997-"Where's the Love" enters UK Top 40 at Number 4.

October 10, 1997-1,000,000 visitors to the HansonHITZ Web site.

November 6, 1997-Hanson is nominated for "Best Breakthrough Act" and "Best Song (MMMBop) at the MTV European Music Awards shown in the US.

November 10, 1997-Hanson are interviewd by Rick Dees!

November 11, 1997-"I Will Come to You" is released.

November 18, 1997-Snowed In...the Christmas Album is released.

November 25, 1997-Tulsa, Tokyo, The Middle of Nowhere home video is released.

November 28, 1997-Hanson appeared in the very own TV special, ABC's Meet Hanson!

December 1, 1997-Hanson The Official Book goes on sale!

December 9, 1997-Hanson performs live in NYC with Backstreet Boys and many others at Z100's Jingle Ball at Madison Square Garden!

December 10, 1997-Boston get a visit from Tay, Ike and Zac.

December 13, 1997-Hanson performs on NBC's Saturday Night Live.

December 17-19th, 1997-Hanson appear on Entertainment Tonight, David Letterman, Good Morning America, and Christmas in Washington.

1998-Hanson never stop touring, and do shows for their fans in cities all over America!
