interview from Amsterdam with the guys...
JAMIE: I've come to Amsterdam this morning to talk to squeaky
clean, blond, boy-band sensations HANSON, and thought well it's
coming up to Christmas in around 5 weeks so I thought i'd bring
them some prezzies. I've got some hair bands for Isaac (cut to
Ike reciving Hair bands "so you can tie your hair
back") I've got some throat sweets for Taylor (cut to Tay
getting sweets - Tay laughs) To keep his throat fresh coz he's
got a bit of a sore throat because his voice is breaking and I've
also got a lovely little dummy for Zac (cut to Zac leaping all
over Jamie because he's not impressed with the dummy - they all
laugh together)
*cut to Ike Tay Zac and Jamie all messing around in a studio,
Jamie voice over "So it's off to the Milkyway to meet the
boys-band behaving badly

Ike: Hi...I'm Guitar...
Tay: Guitar Hanson
Ike: Guitar Hanson
Tay: I'm Keyboard Hanson
Ike: And this is...
Zac: I'm Drummer Hanson
Tay: Zac's the crazy one, he's a psycho!
Zac: (with funny voice) Yeah, Yeah, cool, cool, HA HA HA!
Jam: So your getting to a certain age where you'll be getting
interested in girls...
Ike: Hey, who says we're GETTING to that stage!!!!!!
(MMMbop live plays in the background)
Jam: Explain to me what it's been like over the past 6 months,
coz it's just gone - zoom - for you guys, it's just taken off.
Ike: It's been
pretty incredible
Tay: It's been absolutley awesome (cut to Zac shouting
"Please stop screaming")
Jam: Do you never now and again sit back and think think
"Ooh man this is just to strange"
Ike: You, you can at times, you kind of just go - WOW
Tay: Yeah
Zac: Yeah
Ike: I'm getting to, we're getting to do the MTV awards so you
know...
(cut to MTV - Zac
screaming "You love me, you really love me!!!)
Jam: Your third single is out and it's slightly different to what
you've done before.
Ike: Yeah, it's a ballad (cuts of IWC2Y)
Jam: I've seen the
video, did you come up with any input for the video - any ideas?
Tay: Oh Yeah definatley, we're very strongly apart of all the
videos that have come out so far
Ike: We thought, 'hey lets take a different twist to this one'
coz it's a different song
Jam: You've got
like a radioactive glow
Tay: Alot of people think we're angels or something but it's
actually...
(Zac butts in)
Zac: but really
what...
(Tay elbows Zac out the way)
Tay: But it's actually...
(Zac butts in and Tay elbows him out the way again Zac carrys on)
Zac: But really we're angels that ARE radioactive

Jam: So is it true your voice is about to break
Tay: Well my voice changed during the MON album so thats why
Zac's handy.
Zac: You said about to break, I'd say it's changed
Tay: It's changed - I got alot lower during the album

Jam: Now your music has this sort of - i'm just gonna ignore
what's going on over there (points to Zac) don't look over there
(camera goes to Zac doing "The Monster Mash" - they all
laugh) Your music has this very kind of charming nature (Tay
starts a drumming noise) do you think that ummm, that that might
change over the next couple of years when you move into this evil
and bitter and twisted music Industry
Ike: Yeah, HA HA
Tay: I think you're always...
Zac: (Belches whilst he says) Y-E-S
Jam: That is gross - you see if you weren't famous pop stars you
wouldn't be able to get away with that.
Tay: Oh, we do, we did that
Jam: If my Mum met you she'd give you a big slap.
