"VISIONS"
by Pam Newton

The visions I've seen, that awaken my soul, bear a time yet to come, and a place yet to go; And have called to my heart, from the time I was young, of a path left to follow, and a deed to be done; Though fearsome at times, of what it may mean, the insight remains, to follow my dreams; So watchful and waiting, through each passing day, this faith in my visions must show me the way; For there is a reason, I am led to this quest, this journey that sets me apart from the rest; And follow that path, not with my own eyes, but instead by the light, that burns from inside; We each have a purpose, our own truths to find, a thirst for fulfillment, a place in our time; A reason for being, unlike all the rest, our visions of passage to our own special quest.
