"This World"

This world is black
with darkened skies
it's filled with darkness
and I don't know why?
This world brings me pain
which i cannot bear
this world is so cruel
my heart, it tears
This world is so mean
to you and I
there's demons all over
i hope we'll get by
This world has cruelty
that lirks at every corner
evey person you look at
is also a mourner
Whether they lost some family
friend or foe
you never know
just how low, they'll go
As I end this poem
I speak to you
stop the darkness
before it gets to the youth.
