"Tree Tops"
by
Pat Burke
I'll keep my eyes open for the mortality I long to live in the tree tops all the free stops you want to the sky and back with a pack of happiness sewn through my chest and the music beats of my soul distinguished like a drum of exuberance and passion among the men and the ladies the children and the babies in the rocking cradles that sway in the moonlight shining on the problems we can run and hide from... without thought that I have to blink every now and then.
