<BR>Along with the new IRCD and Services, we have new commands and modes.  These pages will show you how to talk to our

network services securly without ever having to worry about giving your password out accidentally

to the wrong person. <BR>

<b>New Channel Modes</b>

<td>Any channel +r is a registered channel.  Only Services can set this mode.</td>

<td>When you set a channel +R, only Nicks that are registered may join the channel.</td>

<b>New Commands!</b>

 To make things easy, we have built the following commands right into

our servers so you wont need aliases or scripts any more.

<b>Basic Secure Services Commands:</b><BR>

/nickserv or /ns - to talk to NickServ<br>

/chanserv or /cs - to talk to ChanServ<BR>

/memoserv or /ms - to talk to MemoServ<BR>

<BR><BR>

<b>Examples:</b><BR>

/ns info taz<BR>

/chanserv AOP #mychannel ADD SteveJS<br>

/memoserv send dalvenjah hi dal, how are you?<br>

<BR>

And to make things even easier, we have added commands that read 

your message and deteremine whether to send it to nickserv or chanserv.

<b>Other Secure Services Commands:</b>

<BR>

/services - To send messages to ChanServ  or NickServ<BR>

/identify - To identify to chanserv or nickserv<BR>

/pass - To change your password with chanserv or nickserv<BR>

<b>Examples:</b><br>

/services info WebMaster<br>

/services register #dalnet mypassword This is my channel<BR>

/identify mynickpassword<BR>

/identify #dalnet mypassword<BR>

/pass #dalnet mypassword mynewpassword<BR>

/pass mynickpassword mynewnickpassword<BR>
