Alan's Room.
Welcome to Alan's Room!
Alan enters the room and gestures you in. You step into the
room, and at once notice the messiness of it, in contrast especially with the rest of the castle. The room is a medium-sized room, about 1.678 times the size of the room in the tower.
The carpet is black. The walls are black. There is a window looking out into the courtyard, and another window which you cannot see through from your vantage point. There is what appears to be a door to a closet in one of the walls, and another door in that wall as well, which could be another closet. There is a bed as well. It is a fancy looking bed with sheets and blankets and a pillowcase that are the same colour as the carpeting in the throneroom. There is also a dresser. Clothes are scattered about the carpet, but mostly you are struck by the sheer amount of paper in the room. Books are all over the place, and sheets of paper, all with writing on it. There is, however, a path to the bed, from the bed to the dresser, from the bed to the windows, and another path leading to what appears to be an empty wall. These paths appear to be magical, and this impression is confirmed when you accidentally kick a book onto one and the book is immediatly removed from the path. Interesting, to say the least. You get the urge to ask about the empty wall path, and do so.
"Ah yes, the empty wall path," he says. "It's not really
just an empty wall path of course. It is a shortcut to anywhere
in your journey through the castle, in time, or space. Cool, huh?
He goes over to a chair that you had not noticed and says "So how do you like it?" You make a vague statement about how nice you think it is. He then states "Well, I am tired, and need some sleep. You know where I am if you need me in the morning. You may tay in the tower room for now if you are tired. Go ahead and try out the wall portal though first. You
feel compelled to do so.
Thou mayest leave a message here which will get to the lord
of this realm, via
e-mail.
You get an odd thought as you stand here: "This is all somehow related to
or provided by Geocities."
