Zingy Wings

Nothing beats the great zing of wings.
You can eat the wings plain or over a bed of rice.
Either way, I'm sure you'll be satisfied.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

4-5 lbs. chicken wings (tips removed)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 envelope of dry Italian dressing mix
1 tsp. Tabasco (or more if you like a bit of a zip!!)
1/2 cup white vinegar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and dip chicken wings in sauce.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Bake for 90 minutes.
