Veggie Stew

All you need is come crackers to crumble up
in this hearty soup. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of salt
Four large tomatoes
2 large onions
2 teaspoons of ground red pepper
2 large sweet green pepper
1 small bunch of carrots
1 cup of French beans
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
2 shrimp Maggie cubes

Preparation:

Wash vegetables with water and some salt. Cut carrots into
cubes, slice onions in round shape, cut sweet green pepper
into two and remove seeds. Then cut green pepper into small
cube.

Peel tomatoes and remove seeds, blend the skin and seeds
together in juice. Then slice the tomatoes into very thin
shreds.

Boil French beans for just 5 minutes. Drain water out. Then
cut French beans into small shapes.

Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a medium hot saucepan.
When hot add onions, carrots, to the oil.

Let it simmer, and then add French beans, together with tomato
puree and juice. After 3 minutes add slice tomatoes and the green.

Let them simmer for a while; add salt and 2 cubes of shrimp
aggie. After a while check the thickness and add some water,
let it boil for 5 minutes.

It can be served with and boiled food.
