Ingredients:
1 Can light flaked tuna, drained
2-Tablespoons Onion, diced small
2 Tablespoons Cucumber, diced small
1 Tablespoons Hot peppers, finely chopped
3 or 4 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 Tomato diced (not too small)
4 Tortilla shells
Preparation:
Empty the can of tuna into a bowl and break with fork.
Add in onion, cucumber, hot peppers, and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Distribute tuna mixture, tomato, and cheese each equally
onto center of tortilla shells.
Fold up small portion of bottom of tortilla, and then fold
sides towards center. Keep closed with a toothpick.
Microwave for 30 to 45 seconds depending on your microwave,
serve.
