Ingredients:
2 cans tuna in water drained
12 oz. package of egg noodles
16 oz. container of sour cream
10 oz. package of cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of butter
6 slices of bread, toasted and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation:
Cook the noodles accordingly to package.
Drain completely.
Add
tuna, sour cream, milk to a pan and heat until blended.
Add
noodles and mix together.
Set aside.
In large frying pan melt the butter.
Then add garlic, parmesan
cheese and mix quickly, add bread and stir.
Remove from heat.
In a 9 x 13 dish, place a layer of noodles,
then cheddar cheese,
then add bread mixture to that and the last of the cheddar cheese.
Place in oven at 350 degree's for about 45 minutes or until casserole
is hot.
Serve with hot garlic bread.
