Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes (cooked until tender and mashed)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping:
1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except for topping ingredients) well.
Pour into baking dish.
Mix the topping ingredients together and pour over casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
