1/4 cup soy sauce
1Tb chopped fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tb A taste of Thai
Minced Red Chili Peppers.
In a small bowl, combine sot sauce, ciliantro, garlic and minced red chili pepper.
Mix together well.
makes 1/3 cup.

1 mango, peeled and diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced with seeds removed
2 Green chili peppers,cut into rings
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, minced
1/4 malt vinegar
2 Tbs A Taste of Thai Garlic Chili Pepper sauce
In a bowl, combine mango, red bell pepper, cucumber, green chilies, mint, green bell pepper, onions, malt vinegar and Garlic Chili Pepper sauce.
Blend together well.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
Makes 2-1/2 cups.

1/4 cup lime juice
1 Tbs brown sugar
In a blender, combine Seasoning Sauce, garlic, jalapeno pepper, lime juice and brown sugar.

1 Tb mustard seed
1 Tb sweet paprika
2 cloves,
2 Tb fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 Tbs dark brown sugar
1 Tb green peppercorns
2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds
In a mortar and pestle, place coriander, mustard seeds, sweet paprika,cloves,fresh ginger, garlic, lemon zest,dark brown sugar, green peppercorns and sesame seeds.
Pound into a paste.
Press Thai Roasting Rub on meats prior to cooking for great flavor.

In a small bowl, combine Sweet Green Chili sauce, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, red chili pepper and ginger.
Stir to combine well.

1/2 cup A Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce Mix
1 14oz. can A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk
In a saucepan, combine Peanut Sauce Mix and Coconut Milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minuates.
Makes 2 cups.

1 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
2 tsps rice vinegar
2 tsps sugar

In a bowl,combine yogurt, cucumber, rice vinegar, sugar, Garlic Chili Pepper sauce, salt and mint.
Mix all together well.

Seasoning Sauce.
2 Tbs A Taste of Thai Red Curry Base
1/2 cup water
In a sauce pan, combine brown sugar, Seasoning Sauce, Red Curry Base and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, Boil until sauce reaches desired consistancy.
Note; You can add more or less Red Curry Base to taste.

5 ripe plum tomatoes, diced.
3 Tbs A Taste of Thai
Sweet Red Chili Sauce.
1/2 tsp salt
3 scallions, chopped.
3 Tbs chopped fresh basil.
In a small bowl, add plum tomatoes, Sweet Red Chili Sauce, salt, scallions and basil.
Mix together well. Let sit for 30 minuates

2 Tbs oil.
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 small apple, chopped.
1 cup chicken stock.
1/4 cup A Taste of Thai
Coconut Milk.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat oil.
Add ginger and parsley and saute until the ginger begins to brown.
Add apples, chicken stock and Coconut Milk.
Stir together well and simmer for 2-3 minuates.

4 cloves garlic, minced.
Combine Seasoning Sauce, brown sugar, Minced red Chili Peppers, Lemon Grass Hearts and garlic.
Mix together well.
