Spicy Chicken

If you are tired the same old chicken taste,
try this one to wake up your senses. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken (cut into 8 pieces)
1 potato cut into cubes
2 carrots cut into cubes
2 onions, chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. ginger
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 Tbsp. chicken curry paste
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup yogurt
Salt and sugar to taste
Oil to saut�

Preparation:

Saute onion, garlic and ginger until light brown.
Add curry paste and saut� till aroma rises. Add
tomato paste, potato, carrot and chicken.
Mix well. Add water if too dry.

When the chicken is almost cooked, add yogurt, salt
and sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Best served with rice.
