Super Simple Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

1 package Stawberry Cake Mix
3 oz. (small package stawberry jello)
1 - 1/12 cups pureed strawberries
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegi oil

Direction

Dump all the ingredients in a bowl, mix until combined. Don't over-mix.
Pour into a oil/floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
Let your cake rest in the pan for 10 minutes and then turn it onto plate.
Frost with cream cheese frosting. Yummy!

This makes a lovely cake that is dark pink! And it not only looks pretty, but tastes delicious.

Cream Cheese Icing

5 tablespoons butter-softened
1 brick cream cheese-8 oz-(set out for a few minutes on the counter)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

This is such an easy recipe and is sooo much better than canned frosting.
Use a hand mixer and mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl except the sugar.

Slowly add in the sugar until combined.
Frost your cake when it's all cooled off.
This frosting is great on cinnamon rolls too!
