Ingredients:
1 pound can (2 cups) pink salmon, drained well
1-8oz. package cream cheese softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke or hot sauce
Bacon Bits
Preparation:
Drain the salmon, remove black skins, and small bones.
Mix all above ingredients together. Place bacon bits
on wax paper. Form salmon mixture into one ball (or
several ball is preferred). Roll salmon ball on bacon
bits. Chill.
