Salami and Pasta Salad

The warm weather is coming and so does the
need for lighter cooking. Here is a great
salad that you can make it and store it in
your refrigerator to have for a whole week.

Ingredients:

7 oz. small pasta shells, uncooked
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup ripe olives, sliced in half
6 oz. of mozzarella cheese, cut into thin strips
4 oz. of salami, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation:

Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Place in a large bowl and add tomatoes, olives, mozzarella cheese,
salami, bell pepper and onions.

Combine Miracle Whip dressing,
black pepper, salt, basil, oregano and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Mix well. Pour over salad and toss to coat.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.
