Pork Roast

Don't let a huge hunk of meat scare you.
Here is an easy way to make a great meal.

Ingredients:

5 lb. loin of pork (boned)
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger

Preparation:

Wipe pork roast with damp cloth.

Combine next 5 ingredients.
Rub thoroughly into pork.

Roast at 325 for 40-45 minutes per pound.

Combine applesauce and spices.
Spread over pork last during the last hour of cooking time.

Makes 8 servings.
