1 lb. Riganoni
1 lb. hot Italian-style turkey sausage, removed from casings.
2 tsp. olive oil.
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced.
1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth.
1 (10-oz.) bag fresh spinach
4 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, coat large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add sausage; cook,breaking up clumps and string, until browned, about 7 minuates. Add olive oil and garlic; cook about 30 seconds. Stir in chicken broth. Add spinach; cover and cook until spinach is wilted, about 2 to 3 minuates. Stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese.
3. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water if a soupier dish is desired. Place pasta in large serving bowl; add reserved pasta water; if desired. Add spinach mixture; toss to combine.
