Mango Walnut Bread

Here is an interesting and flavorful bread.
If you are getting tired of the banana variety,
this one is sure to wake up your taste buds.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups mangoes, diced
1/4 cup walnuts

Preparation:

Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Make a well and add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Let the dough stand for 20 minutes before you put it in the oven.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
