Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups mangoes, diced
1/4 cup walnuts
Preparation:
Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Make a well and add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Let the dough stand for 20 minutes before you put it in
the oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
