Ingredients:
8 oz. can of garbanzo beans (chick peas)
half a fresh lemon
3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper
Fresh mint about 10 leaves
Preparation:
Drain the garbanzo beans and keep the juice. Put beans
in a blender. Add the peeled garlic, squeezed lemon
juice, mint leaves. Blend.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more bean juice or
beans to get the right consistency. Blend for 3-5 more
minutes.
