Hash Brown Casserole

What a way to start the day! Add some
eggs and bacon and you have yourself a
feast! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

16 oz. bag of frozen hash browns (defrost before preparing)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cups of shredded cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix defrosted hash browns, sour cream, cream of
mushroom soup, butter, and cheese into a large bowl.

In a greased large casserole dish, add mixed ingredients.

Place in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until
hash browns are done.

Serve hot.

Serves up to ten.
