Ingredients:
1pk of wonton wraps
� Cup of feta cheese
� Cup of ricotta cheese
1 Beaten egg
2 Tablespoons of Olives, sliced
1 Minced garlic clove
1 Package of small frozen shrimp
Pepper and Powdered Ginger
Preparation:
Spread wonton wraps out onto a floured counter.
Drain the amount of feta cheese to suit your taste.
Mix with approximately � cup ricotta cheese.
Add beaten egg, olives, garlic and shrimp. Mix well
Add seasoning of your choice to mixture. (Black pepper
and a bit of powdered ginger is recommended).
Put a teaspoon of cheese mixture into center of wonton
wrap. Dip your finger into water and wet edges of wraps
to fold into triangles. Pinch edges together.
Put a tablespoon of vegetable oil or margarine into a
frying pan add wraps and cook until golden brown, serve
warm or cold.
