French Dip Sandwiches

Want to make a sandwich just like your favorite lunch spot?
Here is a perfectly simple recipe for a quick bite.

-Sandwiches-

4 sub rolls
1 pound deli roast beef, lean
sliced Swiss cheese (optional)

-Au Jus-

2 12 oz. cans low fat beef stock 2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. red cooking wine

Preparation:

Place all ingredients for au jus in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.

While the broth is simmering, preheat oven to 200.

Slice open the rolls, and place roast beef evenly on 4 rolls.
Add cheese if desired.
Place in oven until the cheese is slightly melted,
or the beef is no longer cold.

Pour the broth in dipping bowls and serve with sandwiches.
