it can be served as an appetizer, a main meal or a side.

1 pound ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
1 large bag of corn, tortilla chips
1 large can of enchilada sauce
1 large can of ranch style beans (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large casserole dish, pour 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce
on the bottom of the dish to keep it from sticking or burning on the bottom.

Layer all ingredients in the casserole dish in the following
order: sauce, chips, meat, beans, cheese, and continue to layer until all are used.
Save some cheese for the top layer.

Bake at 350* uncovered for approximately 30 minutes,
or until it's bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and starting to brown.
