Ingredients:
1 Cup chopped cucumber (no seeds)
1 Cup chopped green pepper (no seeds)
1 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 bars of softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoon of mayonnaise
Dash of salt
Preparation:
Chop vegetables by hand for best results.
Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Fold in vegetables. Mix together one day before serving.
This is excellent with Fritos, pretzels, crackers, and other veggies.
