Ingredients:
2 pounds salmon fillets
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. fresh basil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp. parsley, crushed
Preparation:
Marinate fillets in mixture of above ingredients
and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven
until fish flakes
easily with a for (about 10 minutes per side),
or
broil or grill until done.
Serves 4.
