Chipotle Chicken

Here is a wonderful dish that adds
the South of the Border flavor to chicken.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1- pound skinless boneless chicken breast, washed,
cut into 1 inch cubes
1-10 � oz. can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, julienned
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. milk
1 small onion, quartered and julienned
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced thin
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked according to package
instructions
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Preparation:

Cook angel hair pasta, drain, set aside.

Saut� chicken breast, mushroom pieces,
and onion in olive oil.

Combine mushroom soup, chipotle peppers, milk, sour cream, garlic powder,
and black pepper in mixing bowl.

Combine all ingredients in 9 x 13 glass covered pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
