One pound thinnly sliced beef.
Half cup inch cut green onion.
One clove garlic peeled and diced.
One carrott peeled and chopped.
One Tb spoonful sugar.
Three Tb spoonful Soysauce.
One teaspoonful sesame oil and sesame seeds(optional).
dash of black pepper.
One cup of cooked rice.

Put all of the ingredients together and marinated for about half an hour.
Then stir fry in (heated with Table spoonful cooking oil) stir frying pan till desired and serve with cooked rice.

This dish is Korean beef dish and it's really good with plain White rice.>
