Triple Layer Brownie Cake

Careful all you chocoholics,
this one might put you over the edge!
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of real butter (no substitutes)
6 squares of unsweetened chocolate
3 cups of sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of flour

Frosting ingredients:

2 packages of semisweet baking chocolate
3 cups of whipping cream
1/2 cup of sugar
2 milk chocolate candy bars

Preparation:

In a microwave, melt butter and chocolate.
Stir in eggs one at a time.

Stir in vanilla, flour and salt.

Pour into three greased pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes.

Frosting:

Melt chocolate in a microwave and then place in a cooking pot.
Gradually stir in cream and sugar.
Heat to a gentle boil.

Transfer to mixing bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
or until like pudding consistency.

Beat until peaks form.

Spread over layers, sides and top. Sprinkle with chocolate.
