Broccoli Salad

Here is a great way to eat your veggies without
being bored by the usual salads.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 head broccoli, chopped fine
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/3 head cauliflower, chopped
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup cooked frozen peas
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar; set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Add mayonnaise mixture; mix well.

Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
