Ingredients
2 14-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
3/4 cup fat-free or "lite"mayonaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black papper
Pita bread or crackers, for serving.
Cooking Direction
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish suitable for serving.
2 bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minuates, or until top is golden brown.
Serve warm with sliced pita bread or whole-wheat crackers.
