Comment: Yet another strange choice for promotional use. (?? "American progressive music!?!?!?) Logically, I would think that Rhythm of Time would have been the next 242 single to be targeted for airplay and commercial release, but I am unsure whether Rhythm of Time was promoted in a similar manner. There is a Rhythm of Time promotional black label cd, with U.S. tour dates. Gripped By Fear was released in a promotional cd format, but not domestically as a commercial release.
