Here is an example of using QuickTime on the web to give a personal message to viewers. This message was recorded on a Mac and compressed with Movie Player. If you have an internet connection that yields 5KB/sec or better, it will play in real time. If you're using a 28.8kbps modem, it should be completely loaded in around 15 seconds.
