Award has changed the logo file format - from epa to something new. And conversion vom bmp to this new format still costs a lot... Maybe you already have some information on how to convert to the new format?

I'm guessing that you know ALOT about BIOS's? :-/ Oh boy, I sure hope so!!! I got your name and website address from a bulletin board of some kind, and went to your site.
Can ("will") you help me, please? :-/
I purchased an updated Award Bios from Unicore about 4 days ago. When I spoke with the salesperson (Steve) he was so.... nice and helpful. I ended up buying 'Check It 98' for my computer diagnostics as well, at a total of almost $200.00.
A couple of days later I received the BIOS and installed it. Though I had to disable EZ-BIOS (by
Maxtor), my hard drives came up fine. However, I got the warning message:
"Warning! Your CPU has been changed. Please setup CPU Host Clock in chipset features setup."
I am totally confused over this issue. I understand that my bus speed is 100MHz and my Clock Multiplier is x4.5, but I'm still not sure what I should input for the "CPU Host/PCI Clock" setting. It came up set at "Default." My previous BIOS had it set t
"Hardware," and there is no such setting on the new BIOS. I've tried
setting it to various different settings, including 110/33 that sets it at 450MHz, but none of them eliminate the warning message or the blinking LED.
Unicore WILL NOT help me with the BIOS problem at all.
I finally got hold of the gentleman, Steve, who I purchased the program from (who gave me his extension [#315] and insisted that I call if I had problems), and he sounded like he was on drugs or drunk. He said that he had nothing to do with,
"After sales contacts," and that I should call their technical support line. (It was as though I was talking to a totally other person.) I advised him that I had tried their (long distance line) several times and waited over 20 minutes each time withou
an answer, but only a recording.
He said that the line was free at the time of our
conversation, so I hung up and called again; only to be left on hold for another 15 minutes before I hung up the phone.
Please? I've been all over the Internet trying to find help. There must be someone out there who knows the answer to this problem and is willing to give a small amount of effort to help a stranger?

Nice page and very informative. I used with our
motherboards and it worked well with most of them. But I've encountered an error with Award
Bios with winbond chipset for 2mb BIOS chip. I didn't encounter any error message during the flashing. What could be the problem? Please help me out.
