Zaporizhzhia is the large administrative, industrial, scientific and cultural center. It is situated in the stepper Southern-part of Ukraine on the banks of Dnieper river. Convenient geographical location and fine climatic conditions, numerous relics of Nature, history and culture every year attract tourists from all over the world. Scientific Program methods of surface analysis by ion beams, it's applications and apparatus; fundamental investigations of ions interaction with surface (physical bases of analytical methods): mechanisms of surface sputtering, scattering, desorption, modification; emission particles formation, charge and exited states formation; chemical effects, system analysis and computer simulation application for investigation of ion interaction with surface, etc. The official languages of the workshop will be English, Ukrainian and Russian. Simultaneous translation to English will be provided. Text should be prepared by Word-97 or Word 6,0/95 format and presented as a *.rtf file. Text must be printed on A4 size white paper (297 x 210 mm) in one space with black Times New Roman fonts of 12 points size. Margins size should be: left - 30 mm, right - 15 mm, top & bottom - 20 mm. Text should be printed in such order: Title (black capital fonts); Authors; Institutions, addresses, E-mail; 3 spaces; Text Abstracts and registration forms may be sent to organizing in Zaporizhzhia committee by e-mail. Registration Fee Registration fee is $50. Hotel accommodation costs and registration fees should be paid during registration. Registration fee includes abstract book. Exhibition Exhibition of samples, techniques and technologies, which concern solids surface diagnostics, ion beams application to surface modification and formation of solid state devices, submicronic structures and nanostructures will be organizes. Vertical stand with 1m õ 1m dimensions and a table will be submitted for each exhibit. In request on exhibition participation exhibit title and dimensions should be indicated. Additional registration fee for the exhibitors is S50.
