Users guide for BLOCK commander

Currently only BLOCK POKE is implemented. This is the most basic command that takes the actual byte value on the output port as input parameter. Future plans involves commands to set voltage og speed in KM/H or Miles directly in the BLOCK command.

BLOCK POKE

format BLOCK POKE nnn mmm
where:
nnn is block number. (001 - 255) examples : 001, 002, 050, 255
mmm is block value:

000 - max speed forward
063 - min speed forward
064 - max speed backward
127 - min speed backward
128 - External Powerpack or DCC control of blockbr>
Speed are controlled with values between 000 - 063 or 064 - 127 depending on direction
