A versatile MP3 utility

• Now List command shows directories in a good tree order 
• Command line sintaxis for LIST is more pleasant 
• A lot of cosmetical changes 

• LIST: By default don't show empty dirs.
• LIST: List can show empty dirs with the switch /EMPTY
• LIST: Added filter for files. Sintaxis is:

   /Show={Flag}[+Flag+Flag+...] 
        Flags: "M3","MP3"     = MP3 Files 
        "AU","AUDIO" = Other audio files like raw WAVs, AIF.. 
        "GR","GRAPHICS"= Know graphic files GIF,JPG,... 
        "PL","PLAYLIST"= PlayList files M3U 
• LIST: Added statistics at the end of each directory and at the end of the whole job. The statistic level can be controlled using  the '-Stat=' flag. Valid values are:

           0 = No statistics
           1 = Brief statistics after each directory
           2 = Brief statistics after each directory and at end
           3 = Full statistics at end and brief after each directory
• LIST: Sort directories and files depending of your country information. Display numbers using your country ex: 1,000 USA & 1.000 Spain. You can override this using the -USA flag, that uses USA chars and USA sort order.
