Annual Vaisakhi Cultural Program
For the past two decades,
"Rangla Punjab" has been an authentic and traditional
state of the art Punjabi Cultural variety annual event for the Chicagoland
area.
Its aim is to preserve and promote Punjabi language, cultural heritage and
to
encourage and harness local Punjabi artists including youth.
Join us on April 14,
2001 for the Annual Vaisakhi Celebration
When: 6:00 p.m. (gates open at 5:00 p.m.)
Where: Gateway Theatre 5216 Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, IL
Tickets are $12, $25 each
Children under 10 are free
Reserved seating and front
row seats are $50, $100/VIP tickets are also available.
Over 2000 are expected to attend this event which sold out last year. Seats
are
limited so advance purchase is recommended. Tickets are on sale now at many
Indian stores.

PARKING: PCS has made special
arrangements with Gateway Theater to acquire
adjoining parking lots (e.g. Jefferson Medical & Dental bldg. Parking
Lot,
Northwest Business College Parking Lot, Old Parking lot for Jefferson Bank)
"Rangla Punjab Parking allowed" Signs will be placed at all eligible
lots.
There will be plenty of street parking available on Lawrence and Milwaukee
Streets.
