3/2/01 - The man who is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records, as the world's youngest self-made millionaire, has today launched a revolutionary online virtual office service for businesses. AlldayPA.com is the brainchild of Reuben Singh, 24, a high profile UK serial Entrepreneur and a member on a number of British Government Ministerial Councils.

Reuben, who is also listed by the Times Newspaper as Britain's Most Powerful under 30 year old and was European Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999, said, "In today's world of commerce speed and perception are both critical assets for any company.
