Melee in the Park

Join us for a relaxed day of melee�s and a pitch in cookout. It will even be a great day to be in the park working on A&S activities � show off your crafts! Lots of fighting!

FEE: Site Fee: $3.00 per person, $5.00 max per family, children under 12 are free (Site fee includes the wieners and brats!)
Park has a public outdoor pool, open from 9am - 7pm, only costs $2.00/person. The pool also has showers.
Countess Kenna, our Wienie-o-crat, will be grilling up Wieners and Brats until we run out! (Yes, She wants to be known at the Wienie-o-crat!)
Bring your own favorite side dish and NON ALCOHOLIC Beverages to enjoy with the wienies. The park is extremely dry! Picnic space and limited picnic tables will be available. We suggest you plan your own relaxing picnic space.

Merchants are welcome to set up outside for a $5 fee. Tables are not available. Merchants should contact Baroness Maddalena at [email protected] if they have questions.

The site is a public park � completely dry! There are playgrounds, tennis courts and a public pool (pool fee is separate from site and paid directly to the park). This is the first event in Lebanon and may attract some attention, media and general public. We are encouraging lots of heraldic/medieval displays. There are lots of trees, but sunshades are welcome. Limited shelter space is available, so hope for nice weather!

Directions:

(from Indianapolis):
I-65 North to Exit 139 (US Hwy 39). Turn right onto US Hwy 39 (aka "Lebanon Street"). This will take you through downtown Lebanon. After 1.5 miles, you will see a traffic light at "W Camp Street". Turn right onto "W Camp Street". At the stop sign, turn left onto "Ulen Drive". Turn left at second park entrance, then immediately veer left to the large parking lot.
