Scoundrel

     The Scoundrel is a daring rogue, a cunning trickster, a flamboyant bandit. While he believes himself above such petty concerns as law and order, the Scoundrel nevertheless uses them to his advantage if he can and bends or evades them, if it strikes his fancy. Still, most Scoundrels (especially player characters) stick to their own rigid, if somewhat dubious, code of honour. However, a Scoundrel often sets his eyes on the end, rather than the means, but typically relies on his wit and cunning, rather than brute force.

Hit Dice and Ability Scores
The Scoundrel uses d6 Hit Dice.

     Dexterity is vital for the tricky Scoundrel, as is Charisma. A good portion of Intelligence won’t hurt, either. Last, but not least, Wisdom can easily prolong a Scoundrel’s life.

Class  Skills and Skill Points

The Scoundrel’s class skills (and the key Ability for each) are:

Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Diplomacy (Cha), Disable Device (Int), Disguise (Cha), Drive (Dex), Escape Artist (Dex), Forgery (Int), Gamble (Wis), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (Streetwise, plus any two selected when taking the first level in this class - Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Open Lock (Dex), Perform (Cha), Pick Pocket (Dex), Search (InT), Seduction (Cha), Sense Motive (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Spot (Wis), Tumble (Dex), Use Rope (Dex), either Gun Combat (N/A)& Ranged Defence (N/A) or Melee Attack (NA/)& Melee Defence (N/A), Thrown Weapons (N/A).

The Scoundrel gets 8 + Int modifier Skill Points per level.
