M.E.P. (Metabolic Enhanced Person) (15 cp)
     These men and women are brave individuals.  They risk life and limb to have machines in their head in order to be able to control what happens.  What they don’t know however is the side effects.  It slowly kills them off.  Their life spans dramatically drop to about half what it should be.
