Half-Dragon

Half-Dragon (13 CP)
A half dragon is the result of the joining of a human and a dragon, possibly through spiritual magic or a relationship between a human and a transformed dragon.  Also, there may exist a race of humanoid dragons, rather than having them be a rare half-breeds.  Half Dragons are marked by scales of various colors, wings, sharp teeth, claws, and tails, though the tails are not powerful enough to be used in combat or able to make fine manipulations.  Half Dragons have inherited greater physical and mental prowess from their draconian parent.
Half Dragons can suit many roles in BESM, and their role in society will largely be dependent on the GM's campaign setting. In many cases, it may be appropriate for Half Dragons may take a form of -Ism as an additional defect, reflecting both human's distrust of the massive behemoths and the dragon's disdain for the uncouth union.  As personal focuses, powerful warriors, pursuing their parent's fame as conquerors, would be an obvious choice.  Mystic sorcerers, learning the arcane arts of the ancient dragons, would also make an excellent selection, and many other roles can be invented.
